You cannot convert MS Money to QMac directly. QIF data import was designed by Quicken to only support conversion from iBank/Bantivity and MoneyDance into QMac.any other use is not currently supported. First, you have to have MS Money Plus (2008), or Sunset version installed on your Windows or Windows VM. It would also be handy to be able to refer back to the original file when adjusting things. Give that file some meaningful name so as to not confuse it with a different Money file. Someone from Microsoft Money support gave me to suggestions. To Repair Money File but it would not do it. To get a backup file that is a week or so older, name it, and save in my Desktop and then try to restore. Haven't tried this yet. Thanks again for your input.
