I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers/utility multiple times, but no success. I can see bases listed in the site survey, but can't connect (I've tried turning them off so only one is on at a time too). The USB adapter isn't broken, because if I plug it into my Dell laptop it works fine and can connect to either base. Okay, for the actual question. Am I missing something obvious to get a connection?
