Thanks for your timely reply. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit and Cubase in 64 bit, I found the plugin data for my IK multimedia plugins. The're in my 32 bit Program folder > Steinberg > Vstplugins. When i specify this folder in preferences nothing happens. I also have dedicated hard drives for; programs, sample library, project audio data, and operating system. I really don't want to do a clean install because it will take away one of my authorizations. It would suck to lose one i haven't even used.

OK, - this can get sorted out. I do not have a Mac, but I'm not sure why you registered the 5 Soundbanks 3 times each. Nor why it's using up more disk space each time. Anyway - what you are seeing is the expected warning message when a Combi (multiple set of instruments) is loaded into SampleMoog and it cannot find the Sounds library where it expects to find the Instruments. -------------------------------------- The Sounds Library (the 5 Sound banks) need to be installed into a folder. In Windows almost any (user) folder can be used, and the files unzipped into there. I would think that the process is similar on Mac.
