I have a vnc app so I opened SMART Notebook and unfortunately agreed to install updates. Now Notebook won't even open. This happens about once every 18 months I reckon. If the eventual functioning updates actually brought the software up to date (so it looked and acted like modern Mac software, not Win 95) it wouldn't be so bad, but this software is shameful. To those who think SMART will make an iPad app, bear in mind their profits come from (massively overpriced) hardware sales.
